The autofocus of the H6D 100C is also very respectable, it
locked on to subjects and scenes without any hunting or issues
and even quickly locked on to a seagull that landed near me
while we were testing out the camera. Another great feature
from the 100C is the high ISO capabilities, this 100MP sensor
can capture images at 12,800 ISO, something which would
seem impossible only a few years ago.
While reviewing this camera we found that noise control was
good throughout its native ISO range of 64 – 12,800 with 6,400
ISO being usable with little corrections needed, 12,800 ISO
would need a little more work in Phocus to produce an image
we would be happy with but, if you need it it’s there and you
will get the shot, so this cannot be heavily criticised.
Conclusion:
The Hasselblad H6D 100C is a camera that photographers
dream about, its build quality is absolutely outstanding, files
produced are out of this world and it is all wrapped up in a
beautifully designed modular body that is upgradable in the
future. I would highly recommend any photographer that is
looking to upgrade to a medium format system to book a demo
with a H6D body and see for yourself how good this system
really is.
