XCOM: Enemy Unknown First Impressions troops is truly a marvel to behold. In my third level, I sent one of my men too far forward and he ended up getting killed. And I felt guilty. That was a single soldier. He felt alive. He felt real. Now he’s dead. Unlike most other games like this where you get faceless people by using money as if they create clones made out of the money you use, the soldiers here are very much alive. They are each an individual. lives. You also think carefully about the Crisis levels. Throughout my time with the game I found myself constantly trying to go to China as its Crisis levels were constantly rising higher and higher. Overall, I found that I was missing out on a jewel of a game. Having never playing XCOM or any game like it, I can gladly say it does a very good job of pulling you in and making sure you enjoy yourself. Duke Glen The music also sucks you in.
