Feelin’ Good Scholarship Slam, Award is $500. Deadline is Oct 19. Power Poetry allows students to upload an original poem about what makes you smile and why.

American Political Science Association Minority Fellows Program, Award is $2,000. Deadline is Oct 23. Supports individuals from underrepresented backgrounds applying to or in the early stages of doctoral programs in political science.

Disney Dreamers and Doers, Awards up to $3,000 and Disneyland tickets. Deadline is Oct 31. Recognizes high school students who dream of making the world around them a better place through strengthening community, thinking creatively, conserving nature, or living a healthier life.

American Bullion Scholarship, Award is $500. Deadline is Oct 31. Encourages students to improve their knowledge of tangible assets. Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited college or university.

National Council of Jewish Women, Awards up to $2,000. Deadline is Nov 1. Designed to ease the financial burden of people who are trying to better their lives through education in the aftermath of trauma, loss, and other setbacks.*Provides scholarships, regardless of religious belief.*

Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition, Awards up to $30,000. Deadline is Nov 1. Open to high school students that write and record a three- to five-minute broadcast script on the theme of, “My Responsibility to America”.

Veterans of Foreign Wars – Patriot’s Pen, Awards up to $5,000. Deadline is Nov 1. Gives students an opportunity to write essays expressing their views on an annual patriotic theme.

Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, Awards up to $10,000. Deadline is Nov 8. Honors middle and high school students who volunteer in communities at home or abroad.

Anne Ford Scholarship, Award is $10,000. Deadline is Nov 13. Supports a graduating high school senior with a documented learning disability and/or ADHD who will be enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program in the fall.

Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarship, Award is $2,500. Deadline is Nov 13. Supports a graduating high school senior with a documented learning disability and/or ADHD who will be enrolled in a community college, a vocational or technical training program, or a specialized program for students with learning disabilities in the fall.

American Association on Health and Disability, Awards up to $1,000. Deadline is Nov 15. Supports students with disabilities pursuing higher education. Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program to apply.
