this are known to deepen personal commitment.

3. The next page after I’M READY! is I’M GOING FOR
IT! If you’d like to tell your family, friends and
co-workers of what you’re doing, this is an easy way
to do it. Make as many copies as you want.
4. There are perforated pages for I’M READY! and I’M
GOING FOR IT! at the back of the book. You can put
I’M READY! on your refrigerator door or near your
bathroom mirror. Make as many copies as you want
of both pages.
Why are we suggesting that this could be helpful to
