What advice would you give to a bride before choosing her wedding stationery? Leave enough time to plan the look and feel you want for your stationery, starting with save the dates. A good designer will want to take their time to make sure your design concepts perfectly answer your brief. I always have an initial consultation with the couples I work with, as when you're designing something so personal for someone it's essential to get to know them first. If you're unsure of what you want in terms of design, this also means that your designer can suggest ideas that they know will fit with you as a person. What is your most popular design? My Garden Vintage range is one of the most popular as it includes a hand-drawn illustration of your wedding venue, which I think is specially suited to destination weddings as it gives the couples’ guests a feel of what the day will be like abroad. I use pencil and watercolour to give the illustration a beautifully delicate feel. The design also includes a monogram and delicate illustrations throughout which is great for an outdoors or countryside wedding.
