slow the progression of Parkinson’ s disease. This is a time of tremendous hope for people with Parkinson ' s and their loved ones, and we remain steadfast in our promise to keep making bold choices in pursuit of progress.
The Foundation continues to be a global convener and consensus builder with a singular focus on speeding breakthroughs that patients can feel in their everyday lives. Our most dedicated partners— people with Parkinson’ s and their families— have stepped up in the most incredible ways. With the support of generous donors like you, MJFF has invested more than $ 2 billion in research. Together, our track record of strategic, consolidated philanthropic investment has brought us to this moment of tremendous potential. These advances are both transformative and insufficient. We know we must keep going until Parkinson’ s is not only curable, but entirely preventable. This work isn’ t easy, but we stand ready, as the global leader in Parkinson’ s disease research, to get the job done.
To those who are longtime supporters, thank you for trusting us with this audacious mission. This is what we’ ve been building toward. And for those who are new to the MJFF community, we’ re moving further, faster, because of you. Thank you to everyone who continues to make our mission a priority— our dedicated staff, donors, volunteers and advocates. We will make Parkinson’ s a thing of the past.
With gratitude,
Debi Brooks, CEO and Co-Founder
