your weight to the outsides of the tube. Finally with stiffen the upper legs and kick like mad with your lower legs.

The idling kick; This is one of the very important techniques to master in kicking technique. If you have spent anytime in the water on tube in the wind or current you understand the need to idle kick. With the exception of a rock bag ancho system we are at the merch of the wind and water currents. To put up a good fight simple use short strokes from the knee down keeping your fin tips as deep as you can. This is a leisurely down and up stroke. Of course remember in big winds and currents the leisure nature of this kick goes out the door.

Guys this is just breaking the surface, of the kicking techniques. I will in the next magazine issue attempt to cover the other techniques you might be interested in learning.
