What initially drew you to BIAS: As a biomed student, I have an
interest in Indigenous health issues. BIAS allows me to explore and learn
about these issues as well as complimenting my research studies in this
area within my degree.
What are you doing to raise awareness about Indigenous issues: I
am responsible for working with my very Social partner, David Tyquin, to
bring prominent speakers to the university, as well as organising the
BIAS Social Justice trip. Events in the past have included the Sea of
Hands charity event.

What drew you to BIAS: The club aims to address current and topical social
issues within Australia.
What do you think has been BIAS' greatest success: The Social Justice Trip
represents the pinnacle of what this club stands for; proactive social change.
This was one of the greatest experiences of my life and I would implore
everyone to undertake this opportunity.
