Feral : So why is that better than a conventional gym workout ?
Andre : A Calisthenics gym attracts a very different client than a conventional gym . Someone who sees the beauty in gymnastics , and values an athletic build over a bigger , bulkier build . The second advantage is that Calisthenics forces you to train in an extremely balanced manner . Every muscle , every tendon , every limb has to work in unison to perform the exercises . Your weaknesses will be exposed almost immediately – which is extremely exciting , as you work to turn them into your strengths .
Simone : Wow where to start ! So your body was designed to move in all its different planes , most of us couch potato desk dwelling sloths move in one or two planes ( not including the arm you use for drinking beer !)
