Sadly, according to recent reports, this awful disease has now overtaken heart disease and cancer as the number one cause of death in England. their ideal home and they are now looking forward to their move and to starting the next chapter of their lives. This year it seems that we are having far more enquiries from people outside the area who have visited the town in recent months and now want to make it their home. This can only be good news for property prices as for some time now we have been seen as the poor relation to other Suffolk coastal resorts such as Aldeburgh and Southwold but there is no doubt that our fabulous town is well and truly on the up. Recently I attended an event at the Felixstowe Library to support the wonderful initiative of Felixstowe becoming a Dementia friendly town. As part of this, our aim is for BanhamDark to be recognised as a Dementia Friendly business.
