be.....?
Ans) The day I got my master
training AntiGravity certification
from Christopher Harrison in
New York, the brain behind
AntiGravity yoga. It changed
my approach towards my work
in the field of fitness. I want to
talk about two stories which are
very close to my heart and
made me believe that I was on
the right path.
A student with suicidal tendencies who was re-
ferred by a friend came to me with this request.
The request was that I help him because he had
attempted twice to kill himself.
His drastic transformation after yoga showed
me how much this helps people and that what I
was doing was worth something.
Another student Nandini was suffering from
knee and varicose veins. Doctors told her not to
go to a gym because of knee pressure. Water ex-
ercises were recommended. We suggested Anti-
Gravity, and she recovered from both the knee
pain and the varicose veins. After that, every
time she finishes class she gives me a hug and
says that she is grateful to me for bringing this
tool to India, and saving her from allopathic
treatments that usually are more painful.
But to quote more lighter moments, when I had
met Christopher during my star training, he
