your clients when they
feel lazy to make it to

Ans) My clients love my
sessions. They are al-
ready inspired to the ex-
tent that they gather
together in my absence
and practice it. Until and
unless they have some
work or are not feeling
well, they don't miss a
class.

There are 7 chakras in our
body. The chakras are en-
ergy pocket / energy
wheels that revolve in our
body.Every problem that we
face is a result of blocked
energy in the chakras.
What are these
Chakras? Why chakra
cleansing is important?
So, it becomes very impor-
tant to cleanse them. For
example a very common
problem faced by people
is stomach problem and
headache which is a result
of blocked energy in ma-
nipura chakra which lies
above naval area. It man-
ages our thoughts. So any
negative thought, superior-
ity/ inferiority complex, ego
results problems in ma-
nipura area.
