Ans) For me, baking is a bit challenging as the end product depends on exact measurements, techniques and baking temperatures etc.. I love experimenting with recipes even as I am making them and baked dishes sometimes have to be followed exactly according to the recipe. When was the first time that you fell in love with cooking? Ans) My mother, Mrs. Vaijayanti Rege, taught cooking classes in Pune, India and published two cookbooks in Marathi. She was an amazing cook and a fabulous teacher. Ans) I grew up with the family sitting to- gether around a table enjoying the meal, so to me those are fond memories. My funniest and scariest incident when I was focused on broiling the most succu- lent and tasty chicken and the oven caught fire. It was scary then but looking back on it, I cannot help but laugh as my focus was on saving that chicken and was not worried about the house burn- ing down Any conscious awareness you would like to create among food lovers?
