Ans) The majority of inquiries I get for Yoga
are mainly aimed at weight loss and body ton-
ing aspects. Yoga is not just a 'Physical exer-
cise'.
Yoga is beyond asanas or just the physical
body,we follow an equally beautiful regimen for
the breath and the mind. Its a work on not just
the body but also our soul!
14) How do you inspire your clients when
they feel lazy to make it to workout?
Ans) I tell them the truth of what yoga can give
to their life! I make them aware of how to fight
the stress of competing in life, be it
studies,family,relationships. Yoga helps them
become stronger and fearless to face all the
challenges.
