When someone with a
stiff body type goes to
you what is the first
thing you do to make
him/her flexible to make
him/her eligible for
doing the really difficult
YOGA streches and exercises?
Ans) My method of teaching yoga is very different I
combine variations with
yoga taking into consideration the clients’ body
type. I should find my 5
components that I have
set for all my clients which
are muscular strength,
muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance,
flexibility & body fat composition these factors are
extremely important. If I
feels any of these 5 components are missing then
they are considered unfit
and need to start building
each component from
scratch.
