This August, visitors will
be heading for Gretna, in
theGalloway homeland for
the 2016 Galloway World
Congress – the first to take
place in the UK since 2000.
They will be greeted by a Piper
and enjoy the best of hospitality
in a varied and convivial
atmosphere – and amid
stunning scenery.
The congress will take in
Dumfries county shows, official
business, then three days of
farm tours and a night at the
famous Edinburgh Tattoo. The
base is the Gretna Hall Hotel,
Gretna Green.
