Events UK Dairy Day 2014 Red Ribbon sale coming up in September »»Following the cattle show at the second UK Dairy Day, later this year 30 of the best dairy cattle in Britain will be offered for sale at the Red Ribbon Sale, a joint venture between UK Dairy Day and livestock auctioneers, Harrison & Hetherington. This multi-breed sale will take place from 4.30pm on Wednesday 16 September 2015 at the International Centre in Telford and will feature the best dairy animals in the country, hand-picked, and specially selected by Glyn Lucas, Senior Dairy Auctioneer at Harrison & Hetherington. Any breeder or owner wishing to enter an animal for this event should contact Glyn direct (see below). Holstein UK is one Europe’s largest independent breed societies, and their event, UK Dairy Day, is a dedicated one day dairy industry showcase. The event will feature 200 trade stands, new learning and development zone, seminars and external demonstrations at a time when decisions are being made for the winter.
