We haven’t any substantial running costs, there are no other employees to have to pay for, there’s no lease on the business as it is part of the farm – and we have ‘slave’ labour,’ Lucy once again raises a smile. ‘As our daughters Sophie (15) and Olivia (13) help out.’ ‘Where I think we could expand next is by we could have a deli and start selling cooked meats.
