These have grown in popularity and they have started to supply wholesale meat to the trade and also supply full carcasses as well as making their own sausages and burgers. Today they have the following impressive postcode markets as regulars: Notting Hill, Parliament Hill and West Hampstead - every Saturday, Sutton Bonington, every first Wednesday, Loughborough, every second Wednesday and Ashby de la Zouch, every third Saturday. In the early days getting finance was very difficult as they needed the money to grow, yet the banks wanted them to increase turnover before they would lend – crazy chicken and egg situation! Both Ben and Tori are, however, extremely hard working and slowly they built the business up naturally; then in December 2014 the long term lease came up for Park Farm and this again was an opportunity too good to miss, it being just four miles from Woodhouse.
