An experienced marketer who began his career in commercial property, Will is also a major landowner in Northumberland and brings 18 years’ experience to the Board gained through his director-level roles at two of the country’s foremost London advertising agencies. Will’s role is to support the continued expansion across the UK, and in particular in the North of England, working closely with Rural Solutions’ Managing Director, William Fry. Will also has hands on experience which he will bring to Rural Solutions as owner of the Capheaton and Chollerton Estates in Northumberland which comprise of agricultural land, residential property, fishing on the North Tyne and extensive woodland. Will and his family, who live at Capheaton Hall, Northumberland, have maximised their diversification opportunities, Capheaton Hall is run as a successful wedding and corporate events venue as well as a Bed and Breakfast, and self catering destination.
