K a Longhorn burger and trialled them at Holme Moss when Le Grand Depart / Tour de France came to Yorkshire . We then purchased and set about designing Rumpus . It took a while , but we ’ ve got there , and the response has been amazing . Our burger bar has been busy throughout and the small restaurant facility we ’ ve put in upstairs has already become more popular than we could ever have imagined .”
The Garsides now have a herd of 18 Longhorn cows in addition to their much larger commercial herd of 200 suckler cows
