Agriweld ’ s Mantis , Assist and ASL
AGRIWELD ’ S full minimum disturbance range incudes 6 models designed in line with modern , minimum tillage system requirements . With options available to suit all requirements , growers are provided with the ability to source a system that works for them to reduce their crop establishment costs . The three Toolbars below all offer the option of creating a one-pass system to suit .
Swivel legs allow the tractor to steer while in work and our innovative IP Protected Snap-Bar shear leg protection is standard on all models . The Mantis acts as a ballast weight on the road and when the drill is lowered into work , restores balance . Steering depth wheels assist in spreading the weight of the tractor , relieving additional compaction . The wheels fold vertically for transport to shorten the machine . Mantis models available in 3m , 4m and 6m working widths .
ASL
The Mantis ( Front Mounted Toolbar ) The Mantis is designed to lift and alleviate compaction , create drainage and promote soil structure . Primarily designed for use in conjunction with a combination drill . The 460mm serrated , straight cutting disc cuts through the top layer of soil and trash , allowing the following leg to pass through without great disruption .

Assist ( Rear Mounted Toolbar )
The Assist is designed to lift and shatter the soil across the full width of the machine , alleviating compaction whilst still retaining precious moisture and allowing for nutrient ingress .
Primarily , designed to work with a trailed drill , the leading straight , serrated disc cuts through the trash creating a path for the following leg . The discs and legs

lift out of work independently to the drawbar so not to affect the drawbar height of the drill .
The machines ‘ Tight Turn ’ feature enables easy turning on the headlines by partially folding the wings .
ASL
For those who prefer a rear mounted option and do not require the full features of the Assist , our new 2021 model ASL Toolbar is designed to run primarily in conjunction with a combination drill . Fitted with auto-reset legs as standard , low disturbance points lift and shatter across the whole width of the machine up to 300mm deep . The ASL can also be used with a trailed drill / cultivator with the use of a rear Clevis drawbar . Available in 3m , 4m and 6m widths , the versatile and updated 2021 model is fitted with our standard LD auto-reset leg / socket . A remote greasing feature for the PTO shaft bearings enables ease of use for the operator .
