Further strengthening the
all-important parts division
of Russell’s is the welcome
return of Chris Morley who will
now be responsible for group
parts. Some 20 years ago Chris
worked for Paul’s father and
even though he left to work
with his wife in their online
lingerie business he always
kept an eye on the business
and in touch with the Russell’s.
Suffice to say that after having
lunch with Paul in the summer
of 2015 - and now that his wife
now having a very strong team
around her - Chris agreed to
return to the Russell’s fold.
There will be a dedicated online
service for customers coupled

with a 24/7 direct to the door
service launching very soon
with more than 30,000 stock
lines to supply from.
In their commitment to their
customers there will be two
combines on hand during
harvest time along with round
and square balers all available
for demos at the depots or
on farm, especially during the
busy July-August period. Two
new services now on offer are
in-house combine training and
PLM advice and expertise that
the Russell’s group already
enjoys. PLM is proving ever
more popular and effective in
the quest for yield and cost
reduction.
