JOHN DODGSON Future proofing at Crossgates Farm Ian Wilkinson met up with Tom and John Dodgson. It was a sunny Friday lunchtime when I went along to meet Tom and John Dodgson. Tom is fourth generation his other two brothers both have successful tradesman businesses and their sister is a beautician. John explained that he is very happy that Tom is carrying on the family business. He has worked on the farm since being at school. Just 10 years ago, the farm was mixed sheep and dairy, then John sold the sheep and was able to move from 150 to 250 head for the dairy herd.
