On March 5 and 12 , take an outdoor tour around McCloud Nature Park and learn all about maple syrup – the history , the process , and the trees . Then inside the McCloud Nature Center , take off your coat , hat , and gloves and enjoy a warm breakfast that includes pancakes , sausage , fruit , coffee , and juice .
Incremental seating times will begin at 8 a . m . on each of the two dates , with the last seating taking place at 12:30 p . m .
The Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser is the among the most anticipated events of the winter and space is limited , so reservations are highly recommended . Reservations will be open at www . pfohc . org as we get closer to the dates of the events . Walk-ins are accepted only as space allows .
Freewill donations are accepted ( suggested donations are $ 10 per adult and $ 6 per child ), and all proceeds go to Hendricks County Parks & Recreation for future development of and improvements to McCloud Nature Park , the Vandalia Trail , and W . S . Gibbs Memorial Park .
With your support , we can create new spaces , programs , and experiences for everyone in the community to enjoy !
