Buffalo WINGS
The Method
1 . Mince the garlic with a knife and then sprinkle on the salt and mash it into a paste with a fork .
2 . In a bowl , combine the garlic paste , mayonnaise , sour cream , parsley , dill , chives , Worcestershire sauce , black pepper , vinegar , paprika , cayenne , hot sauce , and infused MCT oil .
3 . Add the buttermilk to desired consistency and mix to combine , tasting frequently and adjusting seasonings as needed .
4 . Chill for a couple of hours before serving , thinning with more buttermilk if needed .
For the infused buffalo sauce — this is the easiest possible method and how I make it at home .
Ingredients
• 1 cup of Franks Red Hot Buffalo ( any heat intensity )
• 2 tablespoons of infused butter
• ¼ cup of parsley , minced

In a sauté pan , add one cup of Frank ’ s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce ( or |
your sauce ) and slowly bring to a simmer . |

Add infused butter and melt into the sauce . |
3 . |
Stir generously until the butter is well incorporated into the sauce . |
4 . |
Sprinkle on parsley , and let the sauce cool for about three minutes . |
5 . |
Transfer the cooked wings into a heat-safe bowl and generously |
blend with your infused Buffalo sauce or any other favorite sauce . |
