Easy Seat : Easy Pose ( photo above ) can be calming and relaxing-if you ’ re able to sit in it comfortably . It improves postural awareness , creates a foundation for meditation practices , and can help manage stress . Take a seat on the sit bones ( the two bony points of glutes ), cross at ankles or shins , reach the ears towards the sky , shoulders down and back , and allow the low back to sway naturally . Hold as long as desired .
Parsva Savasana ( Side Corpse Pose ) is a relaxing yoga pose , done by lying on the side of your body right after Savasana for a few minutes to get up after a practice . This can also be done after a big meal to aid in digestion .
