Additionally , one big advantage at the new location — it now has a drive-thru lane for customers . “ That service is a great convenience for many ,” said Chief of Staff Corey Martin . “ Many of our customers and patients have mobility issues that make it hard for them to physically get into the store . We ’ ve heard a lot of feedback asking for a drive-thru or curbside service ; now we ’ re happy to say we offer that convenient service .”
Ultimately , Nelson ’ s modern design with the new KCC location placed its utmost focus on customer convenience , the enhancement of a formerly vacant Bob Evans family restaurant property ( inside and out ), and the overall aesthetics of the 7 Hwy and I-70 intersection . What was once a blighted property –– now showcases the cannabis dispensary industry ’ s professionalism — in a very prominent location . KCC currently employs over 80 people , and with the opening of the new location and plans for the fifth location , the company could employ well over 100 in near the future .
