Kansas City Cannabis Opens Its New Blue Springs Dispensary on 4 / 20

The shelves at the new KCC dispensary in Blue Springs will soon be filled with products for customers .

Kansas City Cannabis ( KCC ), one of the few 100 % Missouri-owned and operated medical and adult-use marijuana dispensaries , is set to hold the Grand Opening of its new , much larger Blue Springs location at Hwy 7 and I-70 on 4 / 20 . The new location will be more than double the size of the previous location and allow for more customer points of sale and drive-thru fulfillment . reflects our commitment to bringing quality cannabis products and exceptional service to more communities ,” said Dan Nelson .

KCC ’ s former Blue Springs dispensary at 1713 NW Burdett Crossing , just north of the new location , will transition to its new location at 1117 N 7 Hwy , formerly a Bob Evans restaurant ( near Quick Trip and Westlake Hardware ) in early April . It will officially open to the public on 4 / 20 . The Burdett Crossing location will remain open during the transition .
KCC was founded in the fall of 2018 by a passionate group of local advocates determined to redefine the cannabis dispensary experience . Today , the company owns and operates four dispensaries : Blue Springs , Excelsior Springs , Lake Lotawana , and Kearney . Plans are in the works for opening a fifth location in Kansas City ’ s North area in late 2024 . More about KCC and its new location can be found at www . The new location will offer customers not only a wide selection of products but also some unique dispensary sales floor features . A favorite feature for many will be the retro phone booth / ATM . “ It just looks so cool and retro , as well as being functional and giving the ATM user some privacy ,” said Dan Nelson . “ There will be a retro sitting area with a cowhide rug and 60s-style TV on the sales floor for patients with mobility limitations and some cool fixtures and lighting that are great conversation pieces .” Nelson has sprinkled unique retro elements and lighting throughout the new dispensary to make
