working from reference to the original parts or from design drawings in historic archives, the JSW workshops have the capability to manufacture brand-new cylinder heads, engine blocks, crankcases, oil pumps, water pumps and carburettors. All are visually identical to the original parts, even down to all the ancillary components, including minor items like carb linkages and spark plug leads.
The in-house manufacturing capability not only ensures the quality and reliability that comes with the use of as-new components, but it also means that JSW will never have restorations held up by parts that are no longer available. They will simply make one, and then keep a few spares on the shelves for future use.
