and sizes, from a 1908 DeDion radiator to huge 10-foottall industrial radiators.
‘ Aluminium radiators can be built or designed for bespoke applications like racecars. Or existing radiators can be copied and upgraded. Sometimes radiators are no longer available, and these radiators can be copied from a sample. All of our aluminium radiators are made using cores and parts made in the EU and a selection of finishes are available, including bare metal, matt and gloss black paint and a high gloss powdercoating that gives the end product an amazing finish.
‘ Many radiators from the Eighties onwards have plastic tanks, which made them cheaper to mass produce. We used to recore these PTR( plastic tank radiators), but now only a handful can be done as the cores have become much rarer. If a core is not available, it will need to be copied in alloy. We mostly copy Mercedes, BMW and Ferrari radiators.’
Aaron doesn’ t stop at the radiator. Why would you when your expertise is cooling?‘ We can recondition metal header tanks by taking them apart, shot blasting them and reassembling them. Once they are reconditioned, they are tested, guaranteed and as good as new. High-quality aftermarket fans can be supplied and bolted securely to radiator units, too. We are continuously developing our manufacturing processes to deliver a reliable, reasonablypriced product with a fast turnaround.’
