Professional resume 6 . One letter of recommendation If substituting professional experience for KDChi experience , you may request this letter of recommendation from a professional supervisor Immediate past NC officers must also include a second letter of recommendation from their supervising officer
7 . Letter of verification of good standing Provided by the VP of Standards or your initiation chapter ' s Standards Officer if you graduated within the past two calendar years Must be dated within the last two calendar years Please request your letter no later than 72 hours before the deadline to ensure you receive it on time
8 . Verification of Active membership ( i . e ., payment of national dues ) Successful submission of the GreekTrack form will constitute verification
9 . Proof of graduation Degreed alumnae may submit an unofficial transcript or a picture of one ' s diploma Early alumnae applicants must submit an official document from their university ( unofficial transcript , letter , etc .) showing cumulative hours and proof of a 2.75 cumulative GPA .
