Grand Executive Committee Updates

Just a few items to bring you up to date on Montana Grand Assembly happenings:
A special thank you to Mrs. Dorothy Stenerson who has stepped down from the Grand Executive Committee after many years. She has helped many a GWA and Grand Secretary during Grand Assembly, anchored the Recorder's desk, and served on the GEC. Her presence will be missed. Fear not, Mrs. Alice Perry has agreed to be at the Recorder's desk and help out at Grand Assembly this year.
MT Grand Assembly received 3 donations in memory of Diane and Jack Sherick's daughter Vicki. These funds ($120) have been designated for the purchase of a flag pole for the GA Rainbow flag and flag stands. This will be a nice addition to the Grand Assembly paraphernalia and a nice tribute to Vicki.
Mama Huston has been organizing and inventorying the Grand Assembly property. Grand Lodge has agreed to store various records which will eliminate the need to move these boxes around the state when the Supreme Deputy/Inspector changes. These records are mainly old Assembly records that will not need to be accessed but should be kept.
