Garden City No. 55

Greetings from Garden City Assembly!
It’s simply amazing how quickly time passes by and we hope that all of our Rainbow family is doing well across the state.
This October we had a float in the Homecoming parade. The girls had a great time passing out candy, waving, and, at the end of the parade, we made many children happy by giving away our rainbow colored balloons covering our float. Then, we loaded up the car to come to Bozeman for Fall Fling. The scavenger hunt was so much fun as was the ice cream making. It’s always great to see everyone and Bozeman Assembly did a great job hosting Fling.
In November, we made pies for the Ronald McDonald House. The girls did a great job cooking and Heidi and Chelsea were wonderful at teaching us how to make an awesome crust. The workers checking us in and out of the house were so excited when we left the house leaving it smelling like baking apple pies!
Now Christmas is upon us and we decided instead of having a party we would do some serious shopping for the Watsons Children’s Shelter. It is a charity that has long held the heart of many a Rainbow Girl here in Missoula. The carts were loaded with coats, boots, socks, and undies. We were even able to send a gift card for needs that might arise later.
We can’t wait to see you all again soon!
