The bow officers follow: Love- Lisa Cai, Religion- Laricia Smith, Nature- Jessica Musseter, Fidelity- Telia Trevino, Immortality- Alice Cai, Patriotism- Reatta Pinkerton, and Service- Laura Uffelman. Katie’s term service project is a community clinic; the ladies are raising funds for a cervical cancer screening tool. Katie’s term theme is Celtic.
Renae and Carrie want to extend a formal shout out to our girls for their love of Rainbow and service! Your enthusiasm for membership is beyond amazing!
Our 5th Annual Cancer Walk was successful with over 100 walkers. The event benefited the Hardin hospital mamogram unit and the Crow Agency cervical cancer program was awesome! We raised just over $3,000! The Nachos For Dough Program is in full swing! We have raised $1,100! Wow!
Also in October and November the girls decorated pumpkins for the nursing home, donated an auction item to the food bank auction, served at the Mt. & WY. OES exchange, and created eleven Build-A-Bears for the Toys for Tots program. Our future plans include decorating the nursing home Christmas tree December 1st, Nativity Stroll & Open House December 8th, and A Mother Daughter Tea on December 15th.
