Sir, what according to you can be done in order to make ECE an eminent branch? Ans. To amelior ate it, we need to cultivate practical knowledge in students. Labs should be up-to-date. We should emphasize on the cyclic relation between the theoretical and practical knowledge. Furthermore, we need to seed latest technical knowledge in students for their fruitful future. QUESTION.2. Kindly extend some suggestions to enable the students to improve in totality? Ans. Punctuality and deter mination ar e the basic pillars for the overall development. Apart from studies, students should try to participate in extra curricular activities. One should concentrate on one’s personality. Students should have some practical skills rather than the theoretical knowledge regarding the subject. QUESTION.3. What steps have been taken by now to improve the educational system in the college after its autonomy? Placement level is a measur e of pr ogr ess for any institution so it must be good. Keeping this point in mind, every year inputs are given in order to enhance the placement level of the college. In spite of recession, placement was good. In addition to this, our students also got selected in various PSUs and competitive exams. QUESTION.7. You are the warden of 'Raman Bhawan' hostel besides an assistant professor. How do you manage these versatile responsibilities? Ans. Autonomy implies self dependence. Thus, the syllabus which is being taught to the students is in accordance to our parameters, to help the individual to arrest the march of time, in terms of latest technologies. For academic excellence we are trying to add new improvised equipment and machines. After gaining autonomy various class tests and examinations are being held for helping weak students, moreover transparency is being provided to the students. Ans. As far as hostel wor k is concer ned, different committees are there and they perform their assigned work in a proper manner, so no such burden is felt. According to me, one must be able to manage one’s responsibilities that would ultimately help in the over all development of the person . QUESTION.4. What steps you think must be taken for overall improvement of the institution? Ans. In or der to upgr ade pr actical knowledge of students , society can arrange some guest lectures and workshops. Various literary and technical events can be conducted for the students to make them competent enough in each an every sphere. Ans. Ther e must be a pr ovision of sur pr ise tests. Lab assistants must be well qualified. They must be at least diploma holders, faculty should be proper. Various training sessions should be organized for the upgradation of faculty members moreover regular efforts should be made for the placement level of the college. QUESTION. 5.
