Equipment here is of high quality, and has a good spread with the proportions of training styles in the

gym.

Equipment available- There is a wide variety of equipment available here, although there aren’t really any pieces that really stood out to me (no specialty equipment). They have a decent amount of lifting

platforms, so that’s nice to see, but aside from that, the equipment here matches the basic expectations of any gym.

On the same coin, there don’t seem to be any major gaps or missing pieces in this gym.

Adjustable barbell weight increments- For regular plates, you have the 2.5, 5, 10, 25, and 45 pound increments. For bumper plates, you have 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 kilogram increments, as well as

additional fractional kilogram plates.

Fixed weights- Fixed barbells are straight bar only, and go up to 110lbs. Their dumbbells also go up to 110lbs. There is a wide variety of medicine balls, kettlebells, plyo boxes.

Re-racking- Re-racking is done quite well here except the odd couple of old guys that seem to just not know or care. Overall, 99% on the re-racking.

Mirrors- There are lots of mirrors here, primarily around the dumbbell sections and in front of squat racks, which are the primary places to have them anyway.

Proportions of equipment available- Proportions of equipment seem to be pretty spot-on. There are never any major lines for equipment. The only thing I’ll say is that when it’s busy, it’s really busy. It’s be ideal if this gym was bigger to accommodate those peak times, but they simply don’t have the space.
