The atmosphere is very welcoming, and it seems to be high-energy! It’s bright in there, and there is

usually some kind of audible and upbeat music playing. The clientele is also pretty diverse, but this

makes the gym seem more inviting because of the variety.

Audience- The audience is diverse. There seems to be a lot of younger adults here, but their lifting styles vary, and there are some older customers as well.

Air flow- Air flow is pretty good! The studio area above 9 Round Boxing can get a little bit muggier, but the rest of the place has good flow.

Business level- It gets busier in the evenings, especially at the beginning of the week, which is pretty standard for most gyms.

Lighting- Lighting is really good! They have large west-facing windows as well as bright overhead lighting.

Music- There was some upbeat music playing when I went. The studio area above 9 Round can get quite loud if you’re working out during one of 9 Round’s classes (since they control their own music).

Televisions- There’s a TV on the main floor and a few to look at whilst doing cardio upstairs. They usually have relevant sports events on.

Staff- The staff I encountered were very nice. I actually met the owner at one time, and the other employee was super kind to me and gave me a tour of the gym. Keep in mind that I always pose as just

an “average joe”, so they don’t treat me any different than they would treat you.

Overall comfort- Overall, I was very comfortable here. There is lots of variety in the equipment, and the business level was comfortable.
