Third, STICK TO IT:

Okay, so a lot of the time you spend so much effort building that ‘perfect’ schedule, thinking that it’s all great, only to end up pulling “all-nighters” and consuming more caffeine than your poor body can handle, but why? It’s because you never stick to your schedule! This time, make it different and promise yourself that you will go by this schedule no matter what it takes and how many sacrifices you need to make.

Finally, and most importantly, just remember that with huge amounts of stress, a person will not function as efficiently and as properly as they normally would. Stress can have a lot of side effects that will only make it worse for you, but also for the people around you. So: relax, plan, and stick to what you have, and you will get the best out of exam week without all the potential problems that usually cause lack of sleep and anxiety.
