human. Baldoni says that it is
wrong, toxic and it has to end. He
believes that the show has the
power to change these stereotype
thoughts. Baldoni was also invited
in TEDWomen Conference in New
Orleans to talk on to be the ‘man
enough’. According to Baldoni, “It is
only possible when man learn to
not only embrace the qualities that
we were told our feminine in
ourselves but to be winning to
stand up to champion and learn
from the women who embody
them.”
Justin Baldoni gives credit to his
team for achieving such a great
success. According to Justin an
entrepreneur could achieve more
success if he empowered others.
An
entrepreneur
must
be
dispensable to empower his team
in what he is better. The biggest
mistake an entrepreneur can make
is to think he has to do all on his
own and to think there’s nobody
else who can do it as good as him.
A team can only lead him to
become a great entrepreneur.
