The Discerner Lara Julian
Lara Julian is a contemporary artist from Siberia who creates abstract , impressionist art . Her drawings and paintings are filled with energy and vibrant colours . Her vision transcends classical notions of genre and narrative , freeing the subject matter from its original context and positioning it within a new aesthetic reality . After an unfulfilling career in banking Lara has studied at the New York Art Academy , UCL Slade School of Fine Arts and the Royal Drawing School . She has exhibited in New York and London .
