• After a short break, a further panel will consider Restructuring and Insolvency in an Era of Tariffs, Trade Wars, and Sanctions: what are the trends we are seeing and the commercial consequences of tariff and sanction regimes we have seen imposed in recent years; The afternoon agenda will begin with a panel considering State Owned Enterprises in Distress and the particular issues which arise in managing restructuring plans and insolvency risks for SOEs and their creditors;
• The technical content will conclude with the Battle of Brilliant Ideas: 5 NextGens debating which brilliant legislative or common law restructuring or insolvency tool in their jurisdiction ought to be replicated elsewhere. The day will conclude with the induction of 15 new members of NextGen Class XV. We encourage all III members to consider nominating rising leaders in their insolvency and restructuring networks who can contribute meaningfully to the vibrant and engaged III NextGen community, as we move into its 15 th year and beyond.
