Stroke Roses – Load a no 4 flat on one edge only (side load) with T White, blend slightly on the palette. Using the brush on its chisel edge and keeping white away from you, stroke the ‘n’ shape, then the ‘u’ shape to form the rose centre. Use the chisel edge of the brush to create the side petals using a little pressure. See the example on black card. 9. Shine - Add a couple of strong comma strokes either side of the bauble for strong shine. 10. Ribbon – Use a liner brush or small round if preferred, paint thin ribbons. 11. Snowflakes – see above instructions to stamp snowflake shapes around the bauble. Add bigger snowball dots with large end of a stylus if desired.
