Opportunities in the Triangle Area

In the North Carolina Triangle Area, there are many opporunities for girls and boys to play Ultimate with people of the same gender and the same age.
Most high school teams are called open teams that are mostly for boys, but girls are also allowed to join, at their own risk, because playing with guys can be dangerous. Ultimate games between guys can get rough and completely based on how atheltic the person is.
But there are many girls teams in the Triangle Area. One such team is Saga Girls Ultimate, shown in the top picture. Saga has many experienced high school female players who regularly attend tournaments for all girl teams.
