Oklahoma City doesn’t hold back
when it comes to Christmas
affairs. “Home for the Holidays”
brings marvelous Broadway-
style dance to Oklahoma
City University Dec. 7-10.
Oklahoma City Ballet presents
the beloved and family-friendly
“The Nutcracker” Dec. 9-19
at the Civic Center Music
Hall – with Tchaikovsky’s
score played by the Oklahoma
City Philharmonic for a truly
magical Christmas experience.
Mannheim Steamroller’s
Christmas Tour rolls through
town on Tuesday, Dec. 26 (after
its Dec. 7 date in Enid). The acts
signature sound is sure to bring
joy to all in attendance.
Miami, Okla., also brings its own
fair share of Yuletide offerings,
with an abundance of activities
at The Coleman Theatre Dec.
14-17. These special events
include “Christmas at the
Coleman featuring Shoji
Tabuchi”; movie time with
“Christmas Vacation”; “A Big
Band Christmas”, presented by
The Coleman and Tulsa Praise
Orchestra & Choir; and finally,
classic film “It’s A Wonderful
Life”.
