TOC experience: The TOC experience was an eye opener for me, because being that it was my first i went in with an open mind, with the will to win but also to be a sponge and absorb as much as i can form the other participating countries.
Advice to up coming chefs: If you are not willing to give your all to cooking quit while you can, in order to be a good chef you have to know the classical dishes, culinary basics and techniques before you start to create new dishes. Its good to have a mentor with experience and who is creative and love what they are doing.
