The many flavors of the Caribbean all came together in Miami at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Oh" wow" what an experience it was!!!! Awesome and priceless and yes worth reveling about.

The experience from a personal point of view was one that will always be resounding in my head. It was a learning and developing experience much appreciated. I have finally seen and the tasted flavors of my fellow caribbean counterparts. The experience is one that i will definitely want to savor again,my appetite has now grown even bigger for the culinary arts. The competition was everything i expected, lots of flavors, talent and young chefs letting their imagination running wild with creation and experimentation of the various flavors.

Taste of the Caribbean is an event that all young and upcoming "culinarians"must set their eyes upon. The at times nerve racking experience is definitely worth it for the development and the gains of experience and exposure to the wider culinary world.

To all young "culinary artists" this is an experience you should seek to acquire, its priceless!!!!
