THE BOARD

The Culinary Federation of Jamaica (CFJ), a non-profit organization was officially inaugurated on August 1, 2007. Its goals are to work closely with all stakeholders in support of Jamaican tourism. The CFJ also sees its role as the further refinement and continued development of a unique, contemporary Caribbean cuisine as an important part of the tourism product in Jamaica and throughout the region. The Federation is guided by a constitution, which dictates that elected officers can only serve for a maximum of two (2) years. The CFJ is a member of the Jamaica Hotel & Tourist Association (JHTA) and registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica.
