Letter From The Editor
Welcome to the digital revolution! OK, this isn’t really a “welcome.” This is more like a: Welcome to the Saber’s arrival to the digital revolution! The Saber is committed to providing the best news experience that we can, and part of that is keeping up with the times. News is moving much faster than ever, and a part of that is the addition of more media for news consumption, mainly due to the rise of Internet. This is why The Saber is starting a push for a greater online presence, beginning with this issue. Odds are that if you’re looking at this issue in your hands, it’s on a tablet or smartphone. All of our issues can be found this way online at saber.columbusstate.edu. Our dedication to an increased online presence does not announce an end to our print commitment. The Saber is still committed to releasing an issue every Wednesday. However, there are instances where our printer, CSU’s Copy Center, is closed on holidays and our issue would not be distributed until Thursday or Friday. Our website allows us to get news to you, our readers, every Wednesday, no matter what. I hope you will join us as we continue to grow our online presence, through our website saber.columbusstate.edu, liking us on Facebook at The Columbus State Saber, or following us on Twitter @TheCSUSaber.
