Released by musical theatre celebrity Andrew Lloyd Webber in the 1970’s, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” follows the biblical story of Joseph, found in the book of Genesis. Son of Jacob, Joseph is sold into slavery by his jealous brothers because he is his father’s favorite. Joseph ends up in Egypt, where he begins a new set of adventures and even meets the Pharaoh himself.
